MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is an outpatient therapy practice that offers individual, family, and couples counseling and coaching in an office setting and through Teletherapy.

Our office has been completely renovated so that coming to therapy doesn’t feel like coming to therapy. We want you to feel at home and have an experience like no other.
We have an online therapy portal that we built and customized. You can access your Therapist from wherever you are most comfortable and wherever you are in the state of Virginia.
We aren’t a traditional therapy setting and don’t want to be. We want to show you that receiving help can be energizing, invigorating, fun, and not stigmatized.
